Where we ship
We currently ship to:
- United States (USA)
- Canada
If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.
Shipping cost
Shipping rates are based on your order total:
- Free Shipping on orders $49.00+ (USA & Canada)
- $7.99 Standard Shipping on orders under $49.00 (USA & Canada)
Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Estimated delivery times
Because we ship from an international fulfillment partner, delivery times are estimates:
- USA: approximately 7–15 business days
- Canada: approximately 8–18 business days
Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, promotions) or due to carrier delays and customs processing.
Tracking
Tracking is available for most shipments. Please allow 24–72 hours after shipment for tracking to update in the carrier system.
Split shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate packages to get everything to you as quickly as possible. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment (when available).
Customs, duties & taxes
For most orders, you won’t be charged additional fees. However, customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees may apply in rare cases, depending on local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipping fee to send it again.
